As a sales leader, his is focus is building championship teams, innovative strategies and success in excellence.

George graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994 with a degree in Journalism and History. He has held executive positions at Bank of America, Chase and MedPartners.

George is committed to supporting numerous community organizations. He holds a seat on Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital Foundation Board.

Although his adopted hometown is Pittsburgh, George was born in Youngstown, Ohio, grew up Tarpon Springs and currently makes his home in Largo, Florida.

He and his wife, Christine, have three children Dino, Anastasia, and Christopher. The family enjoys traveling, spending time together, and are active at St. Stefanos Greek Orthodox Church in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Chris and George’s partnership started by chance in 1994.  As valets at a high-end Pittsburgh steakhouse, the duo spent a summer watching World Cup soccer by day and parking luxury cars at night.   It kicked off a lasting friendship that has endured for over 30 years.

In 1995, when George began his career in recruiting, one of his first placements was Chris, for whom he found a role in Sales.  That placement jump-started Chris’s future, both professional and personal, and fundamentally shaped the years ahead.  Chris made his own transition into recruiting several years later.   

After decades of individual success, mutual support and constant friendship, Chris and George decided it was time to join forces once again. Elevated Hires was born.  (And fittingly, just as World Cup soccer returned to the United States.)
