George, owner and partner of Elevated Hires, guides the company through its creative process by driving marketing and developing relationships with clients and candidates.
He has been a sales leader throughout his career. His primary focus is developing sales teams, strategies, and obtaining deep relationships with his customers. George’s philosophy is, “customer satisfaction is the most critical metric for a businesses’ success.”
George graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994. He has held executive positions at Bank of America and Chase as Reginal Director in Wholesale Mortgage Lending. Additionally, he was an executive at MedPartners, a healthcare recruiting firm, where he built two very successful revenue generating divisions from scratch.
George is committed to supporting numerous community organizations. He holds a seat on Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital Foundation Board and supports the growth of pediatric/adolescent psychologist to provide critical services.
George grew up in Tarpon Springs and currently makes his home in Largo. He and his wife, Christine, have three children Dino, Anastasia, and Christopher. The family enjoys traveling and spending time together. They are active in St. Stefanos Greek Orthodox Church in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Chris and George’s partnership began in 1994 during the World Cup. Chris hired George as a valet at Morton’s in downtown Pittsburgh, sparking a connection that has lasted nearly 30 years. That summer, Chris installed a window AC unit in George’s apartment, and the two spent their days watching soccer and their nights parking cars—laying the foundation for a lifelong bond.
A year later, George began his career in recruiting. One of his first placements was at All Pack in Pittsburgh, where he placed Chris as a salesperson. Soon after, Chris met his wife, Laura, at All Pack—cementing a personal and professional chapter that would shape the years ahead.
Chris eventually made a natural transition into recruiting himself. After decades of individual success in the industry, Chris and George decided it was time to join forces and formed Elevated Hires.
Elevated Hires is built on a people-first philosophy—focused on excellence, elevating careers, and empowering organizations for long-term success. The firm creates meaningful connections between talent and industry, forming relationships that last. Their objective is simple and bold: raise the standard for themselves and for the profession.
And fittingly, the timing couldn’t be better—as the World Cup returns in 2026.
